Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Standard Products
Customers have the right to return a standard product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason (Art. VI.47 WER).
The product must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product is damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation in value.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective.

Custom-Made Products
As custom-made products are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. VI.53, 3° WER).
Cancellation of a custom order is only possible before production begins—up to a maximum of 24 hours after placing the order.

Return Shipping Costs and Risks
The costs and risks of returning products are entirely the responsibility of the customer, even in the case of withdrawal (see Article 6).
For a return to be valid, we are only obliged to issue a refund or exchange once the returned product has been received and inspected.
